The Sherlock is one of our best-selling cuts, and this Watcher Check version takes it somewhere a bit more interesting. It's got the classic short trench shape — stand collar, button front, welt pockets — but under that check pattern it's doing a lot more than it looks. The fabric is a cotton-poly bonded construction with a PU backing and taped seams, so it handles proper rain without turning into a sauna.
The fit is relaxed through the chest and torso, which means you can layer underneath without fighting the jacket. The sleeves run slightly shorter than traditional, which keeps it feeling contemporary rather than vintage costume. If you want it closer to the body, size down.
