Shipping policy

Blaw garments are shipped to Spain and the EU using UPS as our courier service. Please note that the delivery times provided are approximate and do not account for potential delays beyond our control. Delivery times and shipping prices may vary depending on the location.

Shipping costs are as follows:

Península ( 2 - 3 business days): 10€
Islas Baleares ( 2 - 4 business days): 15€
EU (2 - 4 business days): 20€ 


Please note that orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to taxes and duties imposed by customs authorities in the destination country. The receiver of the package is responsible for covering any applicable taxes and duties.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to unpaid taxes and duties, the amount of the incurred fees will be deducted from your refund.

We do not deliver certain gastronomy items outside of Spain. At the moment, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order and it has not yet been prepared for shipment, please contact our customer support at However, if your order has already been prepared for shipment, unfortunately we won't be able to make any modifications.

Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends, Spanish holidays or Sundays. Please note that orders are prepared until 2PM local time.

During peak periods of high demand, such as holiday seasons or special promotions, please note that there may be slight delays in shipping due to the increased volume of orders.

Pick up in store

At checkout, you have the option to select 'Pick Up In Store' for convenient and cost-effective delivery. This service is available to our local customers, providing flexibility and ease of access.

Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

Blaw offers a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that your returned items meet the following policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
- Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping
- Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it.
- Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including earrings, socks, accessories without the original package, altered garments further to a customer’s instructions.

We will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges for items that are damaged, incomplete, or have deteriorated original packaging.

Once we receive the product and confirm that the returned item is in perfect condition, we will process the refund. Please allow us 3 to 7 business days to complete the refund. You have the option to receive a store credit, which you can use at any time without expiration, or a refund to the original form of payment.
