The Long Spey is one of those Barbour jackets that earns its place over the years. Built from 6oz waxed cotton, it's longer than the classic Spey, which means better coverage when the weather turns — across the hips and thighs, where you actually feel the cold and the wind. The corduroy collar and the D-ring hardware give it that unmistakable Barbour character without trying too hard.
The front closes with both zip and press studs, so you get a proper seal against the elements. The traditional Spey pockets are there, and alongside them there are handwarmer pockets — a small detail that makes a real difference on a cold day.
