To ensure the best fit, we recommend choosing your ASICS size based on your foot length in centimeters (cm). This method is more accurate than relying only on EU or US size conversions.

How to measure your foot

• Place a sheet of paper on the floor with one edge against a wall.
• Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.
• Mark the tip of your longest toe.
• Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in cm.
• Measure both feet and use the longer measurement.
• If you are between sizes, consider sizing up for additional comfort, especially for running.
