Prepared by the traditional system of criaderas and sills. Aged in American oak casks previously soaked in wine with sherry. Aging time more than 60 years.

Family winery founded in 1818, currently run by Juan Carlos Gutiérrez Colosia and his Mallorcan wife Carmen Pou. Juan Carlos has Sherry in his blood and Carmen has managed to give the winery an air of modernity. Its great particularity is its location on the banks of the Guadalete river, near the sea, where a microclimate is produced that especially favors biological aging. His Palo Cortado is a 50-year-old treasure that contains the essence of the winery.
