When we accept your order, we aim to fully satisfy you with your purchased goods and you can return any good from BLAW store if it doesn’t correspond to your expectations.

NOTE: We do not deliver some Gastronomy items outside Spain.

If you place an order on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday we will prepare and send you package within the next 48h of the first working day.

Important notes
  • The indicated delivery times are general time frames established by the shipping company. These time frames are on top of item availability and order preparation time. No refund for shipping fees can be made on orders delivered later than the indicated delivery times.
  • For items that are not immediately available, a time frame of their availability in our warehouse is stated on the product page. These time frames are on top of package delivery time depending on the shipper chosen.
  • We aim to give you precise information regarding shipping fees. You can check the exact shipping fees for your basket by entering the delivery country, without having to log into your account or create an account, and before the payment stage.

Delivery within Barcelona

If you place an order online to be delivered in the city of Barcelona we will send it to you within 48 hours from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays.

Delivery to Spain

Packages are delivered within 48-72 hours from Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. The address shall be delivered to the address indicated on the order slip and it must be signed upon delivery. If you are absent on your address and the package is not picked up within the time frame specified by the shipper, the items shall be returned to BLAW Store.

Customs

If you have placed an order for delivery outside of the European Union, please note that custom fees and import taxes are imposed once the parcel arrives in the country of destination. As your order will be held by customs, you may be asked to pay these fees and taxes. These fees must be paid by the receiver (this also applies to retailers and wholesalers).

Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the amount imposed nor are we able to estimate the fees as the customs regulations vary from country to country.

Exchanges

(within 30 days of order receipt.)

The easiest way to exchange a product is visiting one of our stores. You’ll need to bring the item you want to exchange along with the receipt or order confirmation. The item must be unworn, unaltered and with all tags attached.

You can also exchange your item through our online store by sending us a mail or calling us at our Customer Service indicating your order number, the item you want to exchange and the item you want to receive.

Returns

(within 14 days of order receipt.)

When we receive the goods and we check they are ok we will proceed to apply your refund to the card you originally used as payment method. Shipping rate of the item will be charged on the refund.

Which items ordered on the website can be returned?

All items from the website can be returned except those that mention otherwise. In accordance with the legislation governing e-commerce, return items must be intact, in perfect condition ready to be resold and in their original packaging. They must not be worn or used, nor have deteriorated in any way, no matter how small, and  must be perfectly clean. Any item that is damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging has deteriorated will not be refunded nor exchanged.

If BLAW store makes an error in your order, the return shipping fees shall be refunded by BLAW store. In such a case, please contact our Customer Service team who will explain how to proceed.

Refunds

Refunds will take approximately 15 business days from the day we receive your return package and form. If there is a problem with your refund we will contact you directly to resolve your problem.

If for any reason after 30 days you still have not received the refund, please contact your bank. After this, don’t hesitate to contact us for further assistance at hello@blawstore.com.
